Episode 7: Culture – Children of Men and the World of Fascism

This week in culture, @hanniballefter, @pnw_trope and @mmalloyboy discuss the 2006 Alfonso Cuarón film “Children of Men” focusing on its portrayal of a world in a post-fascist stage, a nod to Mark Fisher’s Capitalist Realism, and a discussion of the religious and familial themes the movie uses. It’s an incredible movie which we all definitely recommend watching.
